Three Crown Petroleum LLC ("TCP") is a private oil and gas exploration and exploitation company that was founded in 2005 by Howard Cooper. The company currently focuses on oil and gas drilling prospects primarily in the Powder River Basin in NE Wyoming and in the North Park Basin in NW Colorado. In addition to drilling.
